Have you met one of Fisk & Nagle’s dedicated Home Finders in Merimbula or Tura Beach? Their role is to search for people looking to sell their homes and make it easy for them to put their house on the market. It’s a personalised service that frees up the Sales Consultants so they can focus on selling properties. This is yet another service that sets Fisk & Nagle apart.
Buyers come to Fisk & Nagle at the Tura Beach and Merimbula offices because they have exclusive listings and they know they’ll find the properties they want. Home finders know what Buyers want and have a strong instinct for selecting the homes that are most likely to sell. “The properties that we have listed since December have sold very quickly” said Kathy Cummings, who has been in the area for twenty years and originally worked as a sales administrator. She changed to homefinding three years ago. “ I love my role, being in real estate and being a Homefinder. I love how busy it is.” she says.

Two new Homefinders have recently joined the team – Chrisi Woolley and Beck Minnear. You may recognise Chrisi as she worked at the Pambula Pool for three years. Previously she worked in an Admin role in a busy real estate office in Melbourne and has always been keenly interested in real estate. Beck Minnear has recently arrived from Cooma where she wrote for the Snowy River Echo, co-ordinated the Dalgety Womens Day, the inaugural NAIDOC Spring Celebration and did voluntary work for Relay For Life, for which she is currently the Bega Valley Shire Ambassador. Both women are training to move into a sales role at Fisk & Nagle. “I am very grateful to have the opportunity to work and learn at the same time amongst such a supportive team” says Chrisi, whilst Beck commented “I enjoy working with the community, meeting people and helping them to sell their home to improve their lifestyle”.
