The new financial year has seen an increase in sales enquiry in the Merimbula property market, with most being for residential homes in the $500,000 plus bracket.  With the onset of spring, sales are expected to increase quite dramatically during September.  This is traditionally the best month for property sales in Merimbula, and with interest rates at a record low of 2.50%, home owners can look forward to a jump in real estate sales. Confidence in the property market is expected to increase once the early September election results are known.
